The direct coach is decent value but ties you to its timetable; miss a delayed inbound connection and the next seat might be hours away. Rail means Temple Meads to Reading, then the RailAir bus or a change onto the Elizabeth line — workable, but three legs with luggage. A private transfer leaves your door when you choose (including 3 a.m. for a red-eye), takes around two hours, and drops you at your exact terminal door.
